However, if you are able to provide proof of military service. . .

Veterans

$25 off your rent!

Veterans, and current serving military, receive $25 off of their monthly rent.

When it comes to power, water, or any other fees. . .

Utilities & More

Power: Pay only for what you use! No added costs to your power bills.

Water: Already included in your rent!

Additional Recurring Fees: None! We have done away with the added recurring fees that have become standard in many RV parks.
